Hi,

Just got back from Saudi Arabia. The skyline’s rising fast. But what’s more impressive? The systems behind it.

I was in a room with some of the top petrochemical leaders in the region — companies producing at insane scale, yet battling the same silent killer: complexity.

Margins getting tighter. Costs going up. Decisions dragging. And teams running on fumes.

One leader pulled me aside and said: “We’ve got great people. Big goals. But no real system holding it all together.”

That hit home.

Because scaling isn’t just about doing more. It’s about doing less, better, with clarity, rhythm, and ruthless focus.

That’s where Bloom Growth comes in.

It’s the system I wish I had 15 years ago, a simple, powerful OS for teams who want to grow fast without burning out.

We’re talking:

✅ Clear KPIs ✅ Weekly accountability ✅ Real-time visibility ✅ A decision-making rhythm that doesn’t rely on firefighting

Bloom helps you scale your business, and your sanity.

If you're thinking about becoming a coach yourself, I'm hosting a Bloom introductory event for you on July 5th. It will outline the path to becoming a Bloom Coach, helping businesses grow and scaling your expertise. Entry's free and seats are limited, so please register asap.

This trip reminded me: 👉 Without systems, speed creates chaos. 👉 With systems, speed creates momentum.

Saudi’s building its future with structure.

So should you.

What’s the biggest challenge your team faces while scaling?

  • Lack of clear systems or processes ⚙️

  • Too many priorities, not enough focus 🎯

  • Slow decision-making ⏳

  • Burnout or inconsistent momentum 🔥

Here's some Inner Game wisdom to chew on this week

1 question

What's the mindset shift that changed everything for you? (Click to Tweet)

2 questions (and answers from me)

  1. How do you actually make confidence stick? Stack small wins daily. Confidence isn’t a personality trait—it’s proof you’re keeping promises to yourself. Show up, do the work, repeat. (Click to Tweet)

  2. How do you stop procrastinating when everything feels hard? Lower the bar. Don’t write the book—write one messy sentence. Action shrinks resistance. The hard part is starting. (Click to Tweet)

3 insights from me

  1. Clarity doesn’t come from overthinking. It comes from taking action, getting feedback, and adjusting as you go. Movement > mental gymnastics. (Click to Tweet)

  2. Your inputs shape your identity. What you read, watch, eat, say, and do—you're casting votes for the kind of person you're becoming. Choose wisely. (Click to Tweet)

  3. The people you surround yourself with are either fuel or friction. Audit your circle. Energy is contagious—so is doubt. (Click to Tweet)

The Dirty Secret of Entrepreneurship

One of the Most Iconic Brands of our Generation

One of my favorite books is Shoe Dog by Phil Knight where he recounts the incredible story of how he founded Nike.

I decided to re-read it recently. It's a different book every time!

Here are FIVE of the most important takeaways from Shoe Dog:

1. You’re never ready, but start anyway! Knight didn’t have all the answers when he started Nike. He just knew that he wanted to create a better running shoe. He took a gigantic leap of faith and started his business with very little money and no experience.

2. Never, ever, give up. Knight faced many challenges along the way, but he never gave up on his dream.

3. Find your passion. Knight was passionate about running, and this passion drove him to succeed. When you’re passionate about something, it’s easier to overcome challenges and stay motivated.

4. Bet on yourself! Knight took many risks in his business, but they paid off. Because he truly believed in himself and his ideas, even when others doubted him.

5. Team, team team! Build a strong team. Knight surrounded himself with talented people who shared his vision. His team was essential to the success of Nike.

If you haven't read this book, you're missing out big time!

Brain Candy Tweets That Made Me Think, Laugh, or Go ‘Huh, Interesting!

💡 Real talk: You’re not in an information deficit, you’re in an action deficit.

The gap isn’t knowledge—it’s execution. You already know what to do; the magic happens when you actually go do it.

Stop searching for more answers. Start creating results. 🚀

Man, this hits hard. Took me years of trial and error to figure out the same thing. A 10x employee doesn’t just do 10x the work—they elevate the entire game. They think like owners, solve problems you didn’t even see coming, and free up your brainpower for the big stuff.

The kicker? They actually save you money because you don’t need to patch their work with extra hires or rework. Pay for excellence—it compounds faster than any ‘cost-saving’ shortcut ever will.

Here’s a rundown of some cool stuff I’ve been diving into this week.

I'm rooting for you to continue crushing it! 💪🏼
