Hi,

Recently, a friend hit me up, frustrated that his life wasn’t lining up with his expectations.

It reminded me of a simple truth: frustration often comes from how we see ourselves.

If you’re feeling stuck, maybe it’s time to redefine that identity.

Start identifying as a winner. Build that narrative with proof.

Set a challenging routine—like waking up at 5 AM to meditate or exercise for a month.

Conquer it, and watch your self-perception shift.

Build proof by nailing a consistent habit, and watch how you transform.

By the end, you won’t just feel different—you’ll be different.

Rooting for you.

Here's some Inner Game wisdom to chew on this week

1 question from me

What is the most common mistake you're repeatedly making? What can you do to stop making it?

2 quotes from me

  1. Your peace of mind will scale to the degree that you enjoy your own company.”

  2. “Impossible” is a mindset, not a fact: the most successful people don’t see limits—they see challenges to overcome.

3 insights from me

  1. Your mind is the only place you truly live. It’s your permanent address, your only real home. You can't sell it, but you can remodel it. If you're choosing one habit to change everything, start with meditation. A strong body carries you far, but a strong mind carries you even further. Meditation is like hitting the reset button—clearing the noise, sharpening your focus, and allowing everything else to fall in line. Physical energy is key, but mental clarity is the ultimate game-changer. Everything is downstream from there.

  2. Making yourself your #1 priority, is like the cell in your body, each cell takes all the incoming glucose in the spirit to be of service to the greater system, family, society, business, passion, purpose…

  3. We’re always in learning mode—reading, watching, consuming. But here’s the catch: we rarely apply what we learn. Make a pact with yourself: no more new books, courses, or webinars until you’ve put what you’ve learned into action. It’s easy to keep consuming and feel productive, but the real game is taking action and turning that knowledge into results.

Stop wasting time with paper planes

Your biggest breakthroughs? They'll come from saying NO.

Every time you say YES, you’re closing a door somewhere else. Growth is about leaving behind the things and people that aren't rocket fuel for you.

If you’re aiming high, you can't be rolling with the people who aren't flying—you need to surround yourself with other rockets.

Upgrade what you allow into your life. Prove your worth to yourself.

Got something transformational?

Write it.

Talk it.

Share it.

Make it freaking EPIC!

Don’t hold back.
