A year ago, I stepped into this journey as a Bloom Growth Coach.

Today, I have the privilege of serving as the community leader and builder for our region — training, mentoring, and standing shoulder-to-shoulder with an incredible new wave of coaches.

Along the way, I realized something important: if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, build a team.

And I know that with this team, the impact we can create is infinitely greater.

This work isn’t just about helping coaches win. It’s about the leaders and companies they’ll serve.

Every breakthrough in a session creates stronger teams. Stronger teams scale better companies. And when companies scale the right way, it ripples outward — families thrive, communities grow, and entire ecosystems get stronger.

That’s what excites me as a community leader: building the bridge between coaches who care and companies that are ready to scale.

Super proud of this crew and the impact we’re creating together 🚀

  2. What’s the most underrated leadership move? Admitting you don’t know — and inviting your team to find the answer with you. (Click to Tweet)

3 insights for the Inner Game Junkies

  1. Clarity > Confidence People will follow a clear “why,” even if you’re still figuring out the “how.” (Click to Tweet)

  2. Comfort Breeds Mediocrity If your calendar feels easy, your growth curve probably looks flat. (Click to Tweet)

  3. Scale is a Mirror A messy small business only becomes a bigger, messier business when it grows. (Click to Tweet)

📖 BOOK RECOMMENDATION

A fictionalized biography centered on the life and work of mathematician and physicist John von Neumann, tracing his intellectual journey from his role in the creation of the atomic bomb to his later theoretical work on artificial intelligence and self-replicating machines.
