Was this newsletter forwarded to you?

Just wrapped a 3-day Bloom Quarterly.

We went deep into frameworks, playbooks, and sales process — but the real value wasn’t in the slides. It was the reminder that growth comes from staying curious, asking better questions, and pushing for clarity.

What keeps me up at night isn’t dashboards or KPIs. It’s this: how do I help entrepreneurs get better? Every session felt like another piece of that puzzle.

This time, I was also honored to be selected to share my own experience and process with the community. It was both a privilege and a commitment — because when you’re truly passionate about something, you shine. That passion pulls people in, it creates energy, and it reminds you why the work matters.

Here are the three truths that hit me hardest:

  • Leadership is an action, not a position.

  • It’s never about you, it’s about helping others win.

  • No system works unless the people on the other side are coachable.

I feel incredibly privileged to be doing this work — guiding leaders, unlocking potential, and learning right alongside them.

And this is what Bloom is really about: Human & Business Flourishing.

Which truth about leadership resonates with you most?

  • 💡 Leadership is an action, not a position

  • 🤝 It’s never about you, it’s about helping others win

  • 📈 No system works unless people are coachable

  • 🌱 All of the above

Here's some Inner Game wisdom to chew on this week

1 question to punch your brain this week

Is your calendar aligned with your priorities—or just your obligations? (Click to Tweet)

2 questions (and answers) from me

  1. How do I know when it’s time to quit something?

When staying costs more than walking away—not in money, but in energy, clarity, and self-respect. Sometimes quitting isn’t failure—it’s wisdom.

  2. What’s one question I should ask before chasing any goal? “Do I want the outcome—or the process?” If you can’t stand the process, the goal may not be yours to chase. (Click to Tweet)

3 insights for the Inner Game Junkies

  1. The hardest part of growth isn’t learning new things. It’s unlearning the stories that kept you small. Beliefs are the ceiling you forget you're standing under. (Click to Tweet)

  2. Your potential doesn’t need permission. It needs space. Silence the opinions, mute the noise, and let your actual voice get some air. (Click to Tweet)

  3. You don’t need a 5-year plan. You need a 5-day practice. The right habits today create the life strategy tomorrow. (Click to Tweet)

Brain Candy Tweets That Made Me Think, Laugh, or Go ‘Huh, Interesting!

Simple, motivational, and powerful—this quote is a clear reminder of the long-term compounding effect of consistent small habits.

Nailed it. Most people wait for motivation before starting… but it’s the act of starting that creates motivation.

You don’t need a 10-step plan — you need to show up once, then again tomorrow. Stack enough ‘just showed up’ days, and suddenly you’re that disciplined person you thought you’d never be.

Here’s a rundown of some cool stuff I’ve been diving into this week.

I'm rooting for you to continue crushing it! 💪🏼
