Hi,
Want 10x? You’ll Have to Drop 80%
Everyone says they want 10x results.
Very few actually do what it takes.
If you want 2x, you cut 20%. Skip a few calls. Say no to a few things. Cool. But if you want 10x, you cut 80%.
You stop trying to be everything to everyone.
You kill good opportunities to chase great ones.
You drop “doing it all” so you can focus on the one thing that actually moves the needle.
It’s not a productivity hack. It’s an identity shift.
It’s swapping busy for bold.
And here’s the part most people miss:
Letting go takes real self-belief. 💪
You need to trust that what you do choose will work.
You need to back yourself enough to go deep instead of drowning in distractions.
Here’s what I let go of to 10x:
✅ I stopped chasing every opportunity. I would rather go deep with the right clients than shallow with everyone.
✅ I stopped trying to manage every detail. I delegated everything admin-related in my life so I could protect my energy for scaling my impact and growing my business.
✅ I stopped trying to “fix” clients who aren’t ready. I only work with those serious about real change.
✅ I count the only currency that matters: time.
✅ I stopped tweaking content endlessly. I hit publish consistently, and that’s what grew this newsletter to over 10k subscribers.
Letting go doesn’t mean giving up.
It means choosing boldly—and betting on the right things. 🎲✨
That’s the real 10x game.
What’s the 80% you’re clinging to out of fear?
What would it look like to let that go?
Here's some Inner Game wisdom to chew on this week
1 question to punch your brain this week
What’s your personal non-negotiable that keeps you grounded? (Click to Tweet)
2 questions (and answers) from me
What’s a sign you're growing, even if it doesn’t feel like it? When you’re uncomfortable but not panicked. Growth often feels like uncertainty. That’s not failure, it’s expansion. (Click to Tweet)
How do you find your purpose when you feel lost? Follow your energy. The stuff that lights you up? That’s the breadcrumb trail. Purpose isn’t found. It’s followed. (Click to Tweet)
3 insights for the Inner Game Junkies
Every “no” creates space for a better “yes.” Boundaries aren’t about being cold, they’re about staying focused. (Click to Tweet)
High standards aren’t the problem. Unrealistic timelines are. Give yourself time to grow into the level you’re aiming for. (Click to Tweet)
Your to-do list isn’t a scoreboard. Don’t confuse being busy with being effective. One needle-mover beats ten feel-good tasks. (Click to Tweet)
🎙️ Just dropped a convo with my dear friend Andreea on the UnMute Podcast.
We jammed on the Inner Game—how your mindset actually drives (or blocks) your growth, business, and life.
Worth a listen if you’re in the game of building and want to level up from the inside out.

True Story!
Let’s face it—decision fatigue is real. The more choices you make, the faster your ‘smart decision juice’ runs out.
So what’s the hack? Instead of making a hundred tiny choices, make one big one that turns into a domino effect of smart moves. Less thinking, more doing. Set yourself up to win automatically.
Here’s a rundown of some cool stuff I’ve been diving into this week.
I'm rooting for you to continue crushing it! 💪🏼
