Hi,
Before we begin, I'd like to quickly invite you to an upcoming 3-day workshop, hosted by me, designed to rewire how you think, act, and lead.

This isn’t just mindset fluff. It’s science-backed strategies for lasting change. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your leadership, crush personal goals, or unlock that next-level version of yourself, this is your moment. Your future self will thank you!
And now, back to your 1-2-3 Inner Game for the week.
Ever have one of those moments where you know you’re off… but can’t quite pull yourself back on?
Yeah — that was me.
It wasn’t a big thing. Barely even a thing. But something small caught me sideways, and I let it get to me. My mood dipped. My energy shifted. And the people around me felt it. ⚡️
Later, my son — sharp as ever — turned to my wife and asked, “Why’s Dad upset?”
That one hit. Because if he noticed, then I know I was showing up in a way that’s not who I want to be.
I want them to remember me as someone who brings light into the room. High energy. Laughs loud. Shows up with presence. ✨
Not someone who gets thrown off by the little stuff.
Lesson?
It’s not about being perfect. It’s about bouncing back faster. Noticing the dip, owning the moment, and getting back to the energy you’re proud of.
Because real leadership isn’t about never slipping. It’s about how quickly you reset — and who you choose to be next.
What’s your go-to move when you catch yourself in a bad mood but still need to show up strong?
🧘 Take a quick reset (breathwork, walk, etc.)
🗣️ Talk it out with someone I trust
📝 Journal or reflect to process it
🚀 Push through — deal with it later
Here's some Inner Game wisdom to chew on this week
1 question
What’s the one excuse you’ve been holding onto that, if you let it go, could completely change the trajectory of your life?
2 questions (and answers from me)
How do I multiply the value I create? Start by asking: What’s my hourly rate? Then figure out how to make it 10x. Whether that’s through smarter decisions, higher-leverage activities, or optimizing your energy (waking up early helps here, trust me). Value multiplies when you get clear on your world view, eliminate limiting beliefs, and focus on what matters most. (Click to Tweet)
How do you stay consistent when life throws curveballs? Anchor yourself to your non-negotiables. For me, it’s daily meditation. It's the guardrails that keep me steady no matter what. Consistency isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, even when it’s messy. (Click to Tweet)
3 insights from me
Decision-making is like haircuts and tattoos. Some decisions (like a haircut) are reversible—mess it up, and you can fix it. Others (like a tattoo) are permanent—so take your time. Knowing which type of decision you’re facing changes everything. Spend your energy wisely and move faster when the stakes are low. (Click to Tweet)
Success is rented, not owned. Think of success like a gym membership—you don’t buy it once and keep it forever. You have to show up, pay your dues, and put in the work every single day. For entrepreneurs, this means focusing on the process, not just the results. Keep earning it, and the rewards will follow. (Click to Tweet)
Action beats perfection, every time. Waiting for the "perfect" plan is like waiting for a bus that isn’t coming. The best way to learn is to start. Take the imperfect action, get feedback, adjust, and grow. Clarity comes through motion, not overthinking. (Click to Tweet)

The Real Reason You're Not Creative (And How to Fix It)
The Search for Gold

Here’s the truth: Most people think they’re full of big ideas 💡, but 99 out of 100 times, they're just noise. Even the legends—people known for their creativity—will tell you that true big ideas are rare, like finding a needle in a haystack 🪡.
David Ogilvy, the godfather of advertising, once admitted he had only about 20 real big ideas over his entire career.
Why?
Because big ideas don’t come from grinding out brainstorm sessions or forcing it.
They come from your subconscious, that hidden part of your brain where all the magic happens ✨.
But here’s the catch: Your subconscious is like a giant soup pot 🍲. If you want a delicious dish, you’ve got to load it up with quality ingredients first—knowledge, experiences, insights.
Then, let it simmer. Disconnect. Go for a long walk, take a hot shower 🚿, pour yourself a glass of wine 🍷. And when you’re least expecting it, bam, the idea hits you like a lightning bolt ⚡.
Moral of the story: Feed your mind the good stuff, then give it space to marinate. That’s where the gold is 🏆.
Brain Candy Tweets That Made Me Think, Laugh, or Go ‘Huh, Interesting!
Starting a business? That’s entry-level. Buying one? Smart move.
But scaling one? That’s where the real players are made.
This chart is brutal but honest:
96% of businesses never see $1M in revenue.
4% make it to $1M, but less than 0.4% crack $10M.
And $50M? That’s the mountaintop only 17,000 firms reach.
Every step comes with its own ‘Valley of Death’—those points where most businesses stall, struggle, or flat-out fail. Scaling isn’t about just working harder; it’s about building systems, leveling up leadership, and finding leverage to survive these valleys.
Most importantly: If you’re gunning for financial freedom, scaling isn’t optional—it’s the game. Play it well.
Health isn’t a checklist; it’s a practice. A process. A lifestyle. You don’t just do it once—you live it.
The real question: What’s the next niche that’s about to go mainstream? My bet’s on personalized longevity hacks (peptides, anyone?) and real clean water becoming the new coffee culture.
Here’s a rundown of some cool stuff I’ve been diving into this week.
I'm rooting for you to continue crushing it! 💪🏼
