Hi,
Lately, I’ve been thinking about the 10x mindset—that idea that if you just think bigger, work harder, and push through, you can 10x your impact, your business, your income, your life.
Sounds great. But here’s the problem.
Most people chase 10x by doing more—more clients, more meetings, more hustle. But real 10x growth isn’t about addition; it’s about subtraction. ✂️
It’s about cutting what no longer aligns—the commitments that drain energy, the work that keeps you busy but not fulfilled. The real question is: 🔥 If I had to 10x
without working harder, what would I change?
For me, that meant making tough calls—letting go of clients who weren’t the right fit, rethinking my calendar, and saying no to opportunities that didn’t serve my bigger vision. And the hardest shift? Realizing that most "work" is just a sophisticated way to avoid the real work. 🤯
We sit in meetings that should’ve been emails. We chase low-impact tasks because they feel productive. We say yes to things out of obligation, not strategy. We grind for years, only to wake up one day and wonder—was any of this actually moving me forward?
I’ve rethought where I invest my time—not just in work, but in relationships, causes, and personal growth. Because real 10x isn’t about scaling revenue; it’s about scaling freedom, purpose, and meaningful change. 🌎✨
For me, success means designing a life where my impact grows with me. Because 10x isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing less, better. 🚀
Are you chasing 10x, or actually building it? 🤔
Which of these is your biggest time-waster?
📆 Endless meetings – Too many calls, not enough action
⏳ Low-impact tasks – Checking boxes, but not moving the need
⚠️ Obligations that drain you – Saying yes when you should s

Here's some Inner Game wisdom to chew on this week
1 question
Entrepreneurship is a balancing act.
Move too fast, and you risk breaking things. Move too slow, and you miss opportunities. Take on too much, and you burn out. Take on too little, and you become irrelevant.
What’s the one area in your business where you’re pushing too hard—or not hard enough?
2 questions (and answers from me)
Why wake up so early? Simple: I’m hacking my brain. Between 4-4:30 AM, my mind’s running at max horsepower—perfect for stacking wins (fitness, creativity, inner game). Willpower is like a phone battery—it drains fast, so I hit the hardest stuff while it’s still at 100%. 🚀
What's your hourly rate? Wrong question. The right one is: how much value can I create in an hour? I love this question - when looking to work with a coach, you’re not buying their time, you’re buying their impact. The only real question: how much bigger does life get after working with them?
3 insights from me
The Arrival Fallacy is a Lie. You think happiness is on the other side of that goal, exit, title, or milestone. Spoiler: It’s not. You get there and immediately ask, “What’s next?” Happiness isn’t at the finish line—it’s in the game itself. Stop chasing. Start enjoying.
You Don’t Find Passion—You Build It. Passion isn’t something you stumble upon. It’s earned. You start when you suck, keep going until you’re decent, and somewhere along the way—boom—you care about it. The formula: 1️⃣ Start messy 2️⃣ Suck less 3️⃣ Get good 4️⃣ Fall in love with it
The Game is Won Before It’s PlayedElite athletes train 95% of the time and perform 5% of the time. Entrepreneurs? The opposite. They "perform" all day but barely practice. Flip it. Build systems, sharpen skills, and treat your morning routine like a pre-game warmup. The real pros prepare.

🚀 The lesson? Funding isn’t about money. It’s about trust. Build relationships so strong that when you need a billion, it’s just a text away. A billion-dollar lesson in trust: The best deals happen fast because the real work was done years before the ask.
Here’s a rundown of some cool stuff I’ve been diving into this week.
