Hello hello,
Last week, I posed the question:
On a scale of 1 - 10, how much do you trust yourself?
I had several conversations with friends this week on this question, and I was surprised by the responses.
The average was 6.
My follow-up question was, "Why 6 and not 9 or 10?"
Inevitably, they all took me back to a moment in their life journey where they made a decision that they deemed "wrong" or a moment where their intuition let them down.
This got me thinking about this week's follow-up question, which is found below.
Let's move on to this week's Inner Game perspectives:
1 question for you...
What actions can you take to build and maintain trust in yourself?
2 ideas from me...
I. Instead of thinking of it as a morning routine, think of it as mental hygiene.
II. Change is a small price to pay for a new reality.
3 quotes...
I. "Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking."
-Marcus Aurelius
II. "Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything."
-George Bernard Shaw
III. "Change is the only constant in life."
-Heraclitus
I'm rooting for you to have even more success!
Dhiren
